Chandler Macleod is currently recruiting for an experienced
**APS3 Operations Officer** to join a leading Federal Government agency. This is an immediate start with a contract term of
**12 months** and based in
**Wollongong.**
**Role description**:
The position will provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge across service delivery areas and may undertake some research and analysis activities with support from experienced members of the team.
**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:
- Undertaking project coordination activities including related administrative tasks and functions.
- Monitoring and actioning correspondence, assigning and actioning internal work items within service standards.
- Assisting with mandatory training requests and arrangements.
- Inputting, collating, interpreting and analysing data to produce reports and dashboards that inform strategic and operational planning.
- Contributing to the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Providing secretariat support, including the coordination of speakers and key messages, agendas, minute taking and scribing.
- Contributing to the Innovation portfolio and the methodology to progress ideas across key decision making bodies, specifically supporting NSW and ACT Innovation members, Subject Matter Experts and associated stakeholders.
Experience in Disability/Community Services desirable but not essential.
