Our mission is simple: create timeless, sustainable merino wool garments that are designed and made in Australia. We're looking for a friendly, practical and reliable team member to join our small team and help deliver the personal boutique experience our customers love.
This role combines retail, online customer service and warehouse work, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a close-knit team.
The Role
Working across our boutique and online store, you'll help create a welcoming experience for customers while supporting our online operations.
ResponsibilitiesIn-store
* Welcoming and assisting customers in our Hobart boutique
* Styling and helping customers choose garments
* Processing payments and handling sales
* Maintaining beautiful store presentation and merchandising
Online & Warehouse
* Picking and packing online orders
* Stock control and inventory support
* Customer service via email and phone
* Assisting with general warehouse tasks
* This is a hands-on role and requires good physical strength, including some heavy lifting.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Enjoys helping people and providing warm, genuine customer service
* Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys working in a small team
* Is organised and comfortable working across multiple tasks
* Is reliable and physically capable of warehouse work
* Has an interest in fashion, sustainability or Australian-made products
Bonus (but not essential):
* Shopify experience
* Previous retail or e-commerce experience
