What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality care in clients’ homes — wound care, medications, chronic disease management, and health assessments.
- Work independently while backed by a supportive, connected clinical team.
- Collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals.
- Empower clients through education, enabling them to live well at home.
What You’ll Need
- Current AHPRA registration (Division 1 RN).
- At least 1 year in community, aged care, or acute settings.
- Driver’s Licence, Police Check, CPR & Working with Vulnerable People check.
- Confidence working independently with strong time management.
