The Opportunity
We're seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team. This is a key role that supports the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and selection to onboarding—ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments
* Conduct interviews, book medicals, complete reference checks, and ensure onboarding compliance
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and recruitment agencies
* Work closely with the Perenti HR Services and Payroll teams for smooth onboarding
* Support broader People & Culture initiatives in partnership with the P&C; Superintendent
* Provide reporting and general HR support as required
About You
* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or blue-collar environment
* High level of initiative with a proactive and can-do attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong administrative and organisational skills; ability to multitask under pressure
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly regarded)
* Working knowledge of employment legislation
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields (desirable)
* Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Office and reporting
