About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment & Quality Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working approximately 25 hours per week. This dual role combines talent acquisition with compliance and quality assurance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for support workers.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet workforce needs.
Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and internal policies.
Conduct audits and quality checks on staff files and service delivery.
Support onboarding, induction, and training programmes as required.
Collaborate with HR and operational teams to maintain workforce capability and compliance.
Skills & Experience
At least two years of previous experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within disability or community services.
Strong understanding of NDIS requirements and compliance frameworks.
Excellent documentation skills, an eye for detail, and strong time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Qualifications
Qualification in Human Resources or equivalent (desirable).
