Our Client
Our client is a well established Family Office with a diverse portfolio of property and development interest. This group are currently looking to appoint a Development Manager to assist in the design, town planning and delivery of apartment, retail and commercial developments.
The Role
Reporting to a Development Director, this role will suit a proven Development Manager who can take ownership for driving development outcomes from front-end design through to completion. This is a hands‐on role that will suit candidates who have a strong project management skillset and an ability to build strong working relationships with agents, authorities and a diverse range of consultants.
About You
It is anticipated that successful candidates will have the following skillset & experience:
* Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Property or related field
* Proven track record in client side project management or property development on the Eastern seaboard, ideally across the full development lifecycle.
* Hands on approach to drive development outcomes.
* High level of commercial acumen
* Strong Project Management skills
