Global Firm – 2 days WFH
Salary up to $115,000 package

THE ROLE
As a Real Estate Paralegal you will be part of a large team and your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Commercial transactions from start to finish, including contracts, reviews, and exchanges.
* Preparing contracts for sale and post-exchange documentation.
* Handling settlements through PEXA.
* Advising high value commercial clients across their portfolios.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered a suitable candidate you must have:
* Minimum 2 years experience managing your own files.
* Great organisational skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and time constraints practically and effectively.
* The ability to build rapport with clients.
