We are seeking a warm, capable Receptionist who enjoys working in a client-focused environment and understands the importance of professionalism, discretion, and following-through.
This is a full-time position based in our Toowoomba office.
About the role
You will be the central point of contact for our office, welcoming clients, managing enquiries, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the firm. The role suits someone who is comfortable balancing a range of responsibilities and working confidently within an established professional practice.
You'll work closely with our legal and administrative teams and play an important role in maintaining the standard of service our clients expect.
What you'll be doing
* Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth and care
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
* Coordinating meeting rooms and maintaining a professional reception area
* Assisting with administrative tasks that support the wider team
* Taking payments and handling financial transactions accurately
* Handling sensitive information with discretion and respect
* Following firm systems and procedures to support efficient office operations
