What You'll Do
* Deliver exceptional customer service through high‐quality food preparation, short‐order cooking, and appealing merchandising presentation.
* Manage high‐volume bulk cooking and food preparation efficiently to meet demanding airport peak periods.
* Maintain absolute cleanliness across all kitchen workspaces, equipment, utensils, and immediate dishwashing areas.
* Demonstrate the ability to work independently in the kitchen while supporting the broader team as required.
* Uphold strict daily adherence to legislated food hygiene standards and general workplace safety practices.
About You
* Bringing reliable experience from a fast‐paced, short‐order kitchen environment alongside bulk food preparation skills.
* Holding a valid Trade Certification (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred) and a NSW Food Safety Supervisor qualification.
* Possessing a current Driver's Licence and owning a reliable vehicle to safely commute for early starts.
* Exhibiting punctual habits, exceptional communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and a high standard of personal presentation.
