Bibra Lake, Full Time, Admin/Accounts Please Quote Reference Number 16766 Experienced Accounts Administrator wanted Monday - Friday hours (NO weekend work) Join the friendly team at Chivers Marine Chivers Marine are WA's oldest and most committed name in boating. Our Team has more than 100 years combined experience in the WA marine industry making our team one of the most knowledge and competent you can trust when it comes to your boating enjoyment and safety. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts & Administration Officer to join our team in Bibra Lake, working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. If you have a experience in a similar accounts role, exceptional organisational skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you! Duties and responsibilities include: Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoice entry and reconciliation Prepare customer statements and follow up on overdue accounts Perform daily bank reconciliations Handle petty cash preparation and reimbursement processing Prepare weekly and monthly income reports Manage general administrative duties, including filing and document organisation Process licensing duties and warranty registrations Maintain internal stock management and dealer management systems Assist sales staff as needed Prepare and distribute mail Serve as the first point of contact for customers, including reception duties Support all dealership departments with administrative tasks Oversee banking responsibilities What We're Looking For : Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with accounting and dealer management systems such as MYOB, Sybiz, or Xero (Sybiz experience highly advantageous but not essential - training provided). Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A professional and friendly demeanour with outstanding interpersonal skills.
