The Role
This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who loves the fast pace of tech recruitment. You'll enjoy working at speed, building real connections and juggling multiple roles, candidates & priorities at once.
Your day-to-day work will include:
360 recruitment
in a dedicated niche – Software Engineering, AI, Project Services & Cyber desks open.
Business Development
(around 70% of the role) – Cold calling, outbound email & LinkedIn outreach. We expect you to build repeatable relationships that lead to consistent job flow.
Headhunting
proactively through the CRM, LinkedIn, job boards & other sources.
Generating
qualified leads
that result in new business.
Building
strong relationships
with candidates in your niche.

50% is triggered when you bill $180K in a quarter (our current average fee is $29,000).

What You Must Have
3+ years of tech recruitment experience (with proven billings).
A solid BD strategy for building & growing client relationships.
A driven, outgoing, relationship-first approach with a genuine passion for winning & delivering value.
Experience building a desk from scratch will be seen as a strong advantage.
