The Role
We are seeking an experienced Bobcat Operator to join our Asphalt Crew based out of Yatala, QLD. Working alongside our paving crew, you'll play a key role in site prep, material handling, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations on site.
To be successful in this role, the applicant will:
* Previous Bobcat experience - VOC essential
* Be competent in general labouring duties within an asphalt crew
* Valid driver's license
* Have a commitment to workplace, health and safety
* Be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic
* Be able to travel with the crew and live away from home when required
* Be able to work flexible hours to meet operation requirements as well as work night and weekend shifts as and when required
* Have a valid White Card
