Salary: $86,600 – $147,048 per annum (FTE Gross) + 12.75% super
Employment Type: Full‑time Permanent
Commencement Date: Term 1, 2026 – Monday 19th January 2026

About the College: MacKillop Catholic College is a master‑planned Prep‑to‑Year 12 college established in 2016 with a mission to provide a 21st‑century Catholic education. The college is growing and celebrates its first Year 12 cohort graduating in 2025.
About the Role: The day‑to‑day teaching of the secondary school curriculum for Years 7–12 in 2025, supporting the college's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare and deliver effective learning and teaching programs
* Contribute to the development and implementation of school objectives and planning
* Create and maintain a supportive school environment
* Use data analysis to inform decisions and ensure appropriate pedagogies are applied
* Administer available resources prudently
* Demonstrate excellence in subject knowledge and research of the Learning Area
* Actively support the holistic education offered at MacKillop Catholic College
Work Requirements:
* Registered or eligible to register with the Queensland College of Teachers
* Fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education
