Workplace Relations & Safety team advises clients across Australia on employment, industrial relations and safety issues. It is a nationally integrated WR&S; practice with robust ambitions to continue growing. 
Responsibilities 
- Provide advice on awards and enterprise bargaining, industrial relations, equal opportunity, unfair and wrongful dismissals, contracts of employment, restraints of trade, protection of confidential information and intellectual property rights, risk management, and workplace training. 
- Work on a range of matters as part of a market leading team.

Requirements 
- You will be a lawyer with between 5+ years' employment relations law experience. 
- 5+ PAE or equivalent senior experience referenced in context; developing to developed commercial awareness is desirable. 
- Proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
