Job Title: Station Client Service Officer

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for the public, providing assistance and support to frontline officers.
* Assist the officer in charge with service delivery and administrative tasks within the station.
* Undertake counter duties, including taking and compiling crime reports, offender bail management, and contributing to the development of administrative systems and processes.
* Use police computer databases, communication equipment, and other tools as required.
* Receive and receipt property, including money, drugs, and weapons.
Requirements:
* A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work in a team environment.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
This role is located at Logan Central Police Station, which is a busy 24-hour station. The successful candidate will be required to work a two-shift rotational roster, including weekends and public holidays. Shift, weekend, and public holiday penalty rates apply.
