This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced Clinical Care Manager or senior Clinical Care Coordinator ready to step up, joining a well established residential aged care facility near Heywood on Victoria's stunning South West Coast.

A well established residential aged care facility operating under a larger provider with a strong track record of developing clinical talent into senior leadership. You will be joining a stable, well resourced team including a second Clinical Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator, Quality and Compliance team, AN-ACC Coordinator, Rostering Officers and 24/7 Registered Nurses. The Role
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will lead the day to day clinical operations across the facility, ensuring high-quality, safe and person centred residential aged care is delivered consistently and in full compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key responsibilities:
* Leading, supervising and mentoring Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and care staff
* Overseeing clinical governance, infection prevention and control, and medication management
* Managing care planning, care documentation and resident assessments to the highest standard
* Supporting AN-ACC classifications and optimising clinical funding outcomes
* Ensuring ongoing compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and the Strengthened Aged Care Standards
* Partnering with the Facility Manager on continuous improvement, staffing and daily operations

About You
* Full Australian working rights
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 4 years post-graduate clinical experience — residential aged care experience is highly regarded
* Demonstrated clinical leadership experience in an aged care or similar healthcare setting
* Sound working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC funding model
* Experience with care planning, clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
* A collaborative, approachable leader who puts people first
