About the Role

We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time solo flight attendants based in Townsville. As a solo Flight Attendant, you'll be responsible for managing the entire cabin independently, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.

* You'll provide exceptional customer care to passengers while traveling to unique destinations.
* You'll oversee in-flight services, maintaining high standards of safety and compliance with aviation regulations.


Key Responsibilities

As a Saab 340 Flight Attendant/Cabin Crew member, your duties will include:

1. Equipment checks and security protocols
2. In-flight announcements and communication
3. Providing food and beverage services
4. Cleaning and sanitation duties
5. Handling situations that may arise in the cabin on your own

Requirements

* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
* No taller than 173 cm
* Current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
* Completed at least 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, or worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or completed an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall grade of 5.5
* Ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), involving a police security check
* Customer service experience
* Ability to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device
* Flexibility to work varied hours including holiday times and peak periods
* High personal presentation standards
* Natural willingness to please and care for people
