$34.58 p/hr+ superannuation + salary sacrifice Part Time (30 hrs/fortnight) Fixed Term Position About the role: At Anglicare Central Queensland, we believe that strong support systems are the backbone of meaningful community work.

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Officer to provide essential administration support across programs, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Your organisational skills and commitment to quality, will drive positive outcomes for the people we serve.
What will a typical day look like?
Answer phone and in person enquiries and liaise with tenants, participants, government departments, members of the public and other stakeholders.
Arrange mail and courier functions Perform a range of general administrative support duties Provide assistance to support meetings Ensure the monitoring, purchasing and maintenance of printing and stationery supplies as required Facilitate the utilisation of the fleet vehicles, inclusive of cleaning, service and repairs Mandatory Requirements: Certificate III in business/office administration (or related discipline) and experience in a similar position; or A minimum of 2 years relevant experience and willingness to achieve a Certificate III in the recommended time from enrolment.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
The ability to identify and embed solutions.
Demonstrated experience working within a high-performance framework where you are accountable for KPIs on program delivery and outcomes, within a face-paced solutions focussed environment.
Effective time management and organisational skills.
A strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people.
