Here's What You'll Be Doing:
Learning and applying TheSmartreSale strategy alongside senior agents.
Assisting with open homes, buyer follow-ups, property inspections, and client communication.
Supporting prospecting activities, lead generation, and database management.
Attending client appointments and participating in listing and negotiation processes.
Engaging in in-house training and external sessions with leading industry trainers.
Building your personal brand with supported marketing, including website and social media presence.
Working closely with an operations team to ensure smooth administration and marketing workflow.
