We are currently looking for an outstanding Sales Administration Support person to join a team in newly designed offices in Rushcutters Bay.
**_ The Role_**
- Providing administration support to sales staff
- Providing quotations and attending to the maintenance of upcoming projects
- Generating, monitoring, and processing Sales orders and Invoices
- Managing Accounts receivable and payable
- Organising and tracking pickups and deliveries with courier and transport companies
- General office and administration duties and any ad hoc duties as directed by the Manager
**_ Your Skills_**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced multi-tasking and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A desire to achieve excellence in your role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- MYOB or similar (preferred)
- Previous experience in the building and design industry (preferred)
