What You'll Be Doing
* Lead all aspects of supply planning across the Selleys portfolio
* Manage and develop a team of Purchasing Officers
* Drive service outcomes while balancing inventory, cost, and capacity
* Work closely with factory schedulers to maximise production output
* Identify and manage out‐of‐stock risks, SLOBs, and stock ageing
* Partner with Sales & Marketing on NPD launches and lifecycle decisions
* Develop and enhance Power BI and supply chain reporting
* Engage with suppliers to manage service levels and lead times

What We're Looking for
* Proven experience in supply planning, purchasing, or supply chain leadership
* Strong working knowledge of SAP (master data, capacity planning, inventory)
* Experience managing inventory, MOQ's, safety stock, and service levels
* Demonstrated people leadership experience
* Advanced Excel skills and exposure to Power BI or similar tools
* Commercial mindset with the ability to balance cost vs service
* Strong stakeholder engagement and cross‐functional collaboration skills
