About the Role
As an Administrative Officer within Community Health, you will provide essential administrative and business support that keeps services running smoothly. Your role will involve front‐line customer service, consolidated Country CCCME operations, effective information management, analysing issues, implementing improvements, and ensuring staff are skilled in customer service and the use of data systems that underpin the delivery of high‐quality community health services.
About You
* Client and customer services experience.
* Proven experience in the provision of administrative support services to health services including the maintenance of records and systems.
* Proven experience in the compilation of statistical information.
* Previous experience in establishing and maintaining effective office systems and procedures.
Immunisation risk for this position: Category B (indirect contact with blood or body substances).
