Responsibilities
* Lead art team in developing and delivering high-quality game visual assets.
* Defining the overall art style for the game (including UI, concept, etc.) and providing clear guidelines for the whole team.
* Defining and establishing art standards while ensuring all creative materials are consistent.
* Maintaining efficient collaboration and effective information flow between team members.
* Scheduling the work with product and developing teams and ensuring it is executed timely and to the standards.
* Guiding, mentoring, and developing the team.
Requirements
* BA in Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Animation, or other related fields.
* 10+ years' experience as a game artist.
* Successful experience in social casino games (such as bingo, poker, solitaire, slots, etc.).
* A plus.
* Capable of various styles.
* Familiar with the whole workflow of game art.
* Project management skills, being able to deliver high-quality content on time.
* Leadership and excellent communication skills, encouraging and inspiring others to generate new ideas.
