Lead the end-to-end deployment of signed-off AI prototypes into production.
Coordinate across development, QA, infrastructure, and editorial teams for smooth, on-time releases.
Own the roadmap for maintaining, enhancing, and scaling live AI tools.
Test tools against emerging AI models to identify opportunities for improved quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
Gather and analyse user feedback to prioritise fixes, refinements, and recent features.
Work with Prompt Engineers and QA to refine datasets for ongoing model optimisation.
Ensure maximum uptime and performance of our AI applications.
Act as the go-to contact for any production tool issues, bugs, or outages.
Define success metrics and use performance analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Who are you?
Attention to detail is your superpower.
You are the operational champion of our AI strategy. You will make AI capabilities real, reliable, and indispensable.

Technically-minded product manager who thrives on execution and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment with many concurrent projects.
A practical understanding of the modern AI/ML landscape, especially Large Language Models (LLMs). You don't need to be a data scientist, but you must understand APIs, model versions, and core concepts of these technologies.
