The Director of Music will be responsible for developing and managing an engaging extracurricular music program that caters to the diverse needs of students.
* Raise student attainment in music by implementing innovative teaching methods and evaluating curriculum effectiveness
Musical Excellence:
* Develop and lead a range of musical ensembles, including choirs and bands, to provide opportunities for students to showcase their talents
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A proven track record in leading high-performing teams, with excellent leadership skills and experience in staff management. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to motivate others towards achieving shared goals.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of contemporary educational practices and policies relevant to secondary education.
