Job Description
CEA is seeking a skilled Territory Manager to develop and manage our customer network for the NSW Atlas Copco product portfolio. This position offers a competitive salary, commission plan, comprehensive tools of trade (including phone, laptop, iPad, and vehicle), and the opportunity to collaborate with a highly dedicated team, along with additional benefits.
About The Role:
As Territory Manager, you'll drive new sales in NSW across multiple industries, including Mining & Resources. You'll meet budget goals while upholding company values and promoting CEA products. The position is mainly field-based out of Horningsea Park.
Role Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement revenue growth strategies.
* Meet or exceed new equipment sales targets.
* Maintain sales process quality by updating CRM with quotes, activities, opportunities, and customer feedback.
* Lead negotiations and close deals per company goals and budget.
* Manage tenders as needed.
* Build relationships with current and potential customers.
* Work with the Sales Manager and team to find opportunities across CEA products (JCB, Dynapac, Ditch Witch, CEA Petroleum).
* Organise product demonstrations in NSW.
* Represent the company at NSW industry events.
* Attend weekly sales meetings.
Role Requirements:
* A valid driver's licence and permanent residency or citizenship is required.
* Strong organisational skills and effective time management are necessary.
* Tasks are completed within deadlines with attention to detail.
* Experience in identifying new business opportunities and meeting targets is essential.
* Sales, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
* Understanding of the relevant market sector is needed.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once is expected.
