The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Digital & Design Technologies Teacher. The successful applicant will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned learning programs that build students' capability in computational thinking, digital systems, design processes, and applied problem-solving. The role may include teaching across a combination of Digital Technologies, Design & Technologies / Design Technology and related STEM subjects depending on experience and timetabling.
* Plan and deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs aligned to the relevant curriculum framework (Australian Curriculum/QCAA).
* Teach units across Digital Technologies (e.g., programming, data, cybersecurity, digital systems) and Design Technologies (e.g., design process, CAD, prototyping, materials/production) as required.
* Develop engaging assessments, provide timely feedback, and report on student progress.
* Create inclusive learning environments that support a diverse range of learners and promote student wellbeing
* Maintain safe, organised learning spaces
* Contribute to faculty planning, moderation, resource development, and co-curricular programs
* Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families, supporting a strong culture of learning

What You'll Need
* Queensland teacher registration
