Responsibilities
* Lead the crew through coaching and support, preparing and serving food to create memorable customer experiences.
* Maintain a positive culture, ensuring the restaurant is well‐presented, clean and safe.
* Utilise strong time‐management and multi‐tasking skills during peak periods.
* Get involved in food preparation and service as needed.
* Uphold Red Rooster's brand standards and customer promise at all times.
