We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Employment Services Officer (Grade 1) to join our growing team.
About the Role
As an Employment Services Officer, you will provide individualised, one-on-one support to people living with disability to help them prepare for work, secure employment, and successfully maintain their positions once placed.
This rewarding role includes:
* Full‑time position
* Annual salary: $57,938 – $59,238 (based on $1,114.20 – $1,139.20 per week)
* Monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO)

* Vehicle provided for business use
* Immediate start available
A key focus of this position is delivering strong post‑placement support to both participants and employers to ensure ongoing employment success and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to participants throughout their employment journey.
* Assist with job readiness, training, and on‑the‑job learning.
* Deliver high‑quality, structured post‑placement support to participants and employers.
* Build positive, lasting relationships with participants, employers, and community stakeholders.
* Complete required administration, record-keeping and compliance tasks to a high standard.
* Work with a proactive, solution‑focused approach to achieve meaningful outcomes.
About You
You are a compassionate, motivated professional with a genuine desire to support people living with disability into long‑term employment.
We're looking for someone who has:
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* High attention to detail and solid administrative capability
* A positive, can‑do attitude and outcome‑focused approach
* Experience in Employment Services or Community Services (highly regarded)
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* A current Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, and First Aid Certificate are essential
