About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms to the highest standard. In your relief role as a Public Area Cleaner, you will ensure all public spaces—including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms—are spotless and inviting.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and hotel procedures.
- Work efficiently and independently while meeting daily targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential—training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work versatile shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
