Job Description

We are looking for Civil engineering graduates in WA to join our 2027 Graduate Cohort, commencing in February 2027. Opportunities are available across multiple business groups in our Perth office.

Role & Program

The two‐year Graduate Development Program is designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career. You will work collaboratively with peers across other disciplines within GHD, as well as with clients and across the business to share insights, knowledge and to improve your overall technical capabilities.

Application Process

• CV – a snapshot of your studies and experiences, both paid and unpaid.
• Cover letter – a chance to show where you would like to grow within GHD and to demonstrate your communication skills.
• Transcript – an overview of your core subjects and electives that sparked your curiosity.
• Virtual assessments – record answers to a few straightforward questions and complete cognitive games.
• Team interview – a face‐to‐face interview where you discuss behavioural based questions and learn more about the team.
• Offer – details on salary, start date, onboarding and first‐day expectations.
