Key Role in Customer Service
Our organization is looking to fill a full-time permanent position in customer service within the North Region. This role will provide essential support in the branch network and may be relocated to another branch permanently in the North region to align with business requirements.
You will deliver exceptional service that meets the needs of our valued customers by offering retail banking and lending products through various channels, including phone and email.
Supporting our local community, you will be the primary point of contact for customers when they visit our branches, providing an impactful customer experience that leads to enduring relationships.
Through your product knowledge, service experience, and agility in meeting customer needs, you will contribute to growing our customer base and enhancing brand awareness.
This position requires the ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Key qualifications include:
