Overview
Support the delivery of SodaStream's commercial and brand priorities in Australia by executing best-in-class trade marketing activity across retail channels.
Work closely with Category Leads, Sales, Supply Chain and global teams to deliver effective innovation rollouts, point-of-sale execution and retailer activations that drive shopper engagement and sales.
Responsibilities
* Support the trade marketing rollout for new innovation launches across retail channels, in close collaboration with Category Leads and the Sales team.
* Lead point-of-sale (POS) development and stock management, including briefing, quoting, forecasting, ordering and coordination with suppliers, Supply Chain and Sales, with all approvals managed through the Global/HQ Trade Marketing team.
* Manage POS suppliers and trade procurement end-to-end, including RFPs, new supplier setup, PO raising and receipting, and maintenance of accurate Marketing spend tracking in line with P2P governance.
* Lead co-op planning, budget management, execution and reporting with Category Leads, Sales and retailer marketing teams to deliver effective in-store campaigns aligned to commercial priorities and governance.
* Own all trade communications, including product catalogues, sales presenters and other retailer‐and sales‐facing materials.
* Brief creative content to graphic designers and agencies, manage artwork development and oversee approval processes in line with brand guidelines and global frameworks.
* Act as the primary marketing point of contact for Sales team enquiries and requests related to trade execution, POS and retailer activation.
* Manage retailer Brand Ambassador programs end‐to‐end, including planning, execution and reporting, in collaboration with external agencies and the Sales team.
* Attend and actively contribute to Global Trade Marketing Connect meetings and regular WIP sessions with the HQ Trade Marketing team to ensure alignment and best‐practice execution.
Qualifications
* 2–4 years' experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Support or Marketing Operations within FMCG or retail.
* Experience managing POS development, suppliers and in‐store execution.
* Strong organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
* Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and spend trackers.
* Confident communicator able to work cross‐functionally with Sales, Supply Chain and agencies.
* Experience with procurement and finance processes (POs, receipting, P2P).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Netsuite or similar systems desirable.
