We are currently seeking passionate and qualified Chefs to join our Melbourne Airport Lounges Casual Pool team.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-profile environment while enjoying the flexibility to choose your shifts.
The Position
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals for the premium airport lounges.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, allergen awareness, and dietary requirements
Maintain a high standard of kitchen cleanliness and organisation
Work closely with Head Chefs, Chef Managers, and Lounge Managers to exceed guest expectations
Adhere to OH&S requirements and actively contribute to waste minimisation
The Person
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum requirement)
Minimum two years' experience as a Chef de Partie or higher within a corporate dining, fine dining, or five-star hotel setting
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for premium hospitality
High energy, professional presentation, and the ability to thrive under pressure
Willingness to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) – cost covered by Compass Group
Ability to obtain a National Police Check
