We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to step into an Assistant Strata Manager role, with full training provided across property management, budgeting, stakeholder relations, and strata legislation. Role & Responsibilities: General Administrative duties including email enquiries & providing support to a Senior Manager whilst training Ensure all legislative obligations are met Assistance with processing and following up on maintenance requests Preparing meeting documents and minutes General typing, scanning and photocopying of documents Attending to customer queries via email, phone or in person Assist in maintaining records and statutory deadlines (insurance, inspections etc.) The Candidate: Strong administration experience is essential!
