About Us
ONE Rehabilitation Service is one of South Australia's leading allied health providers for people with brain injury, concussion, stroke and neurological conditions.
Founded on values of compassion, professionalism and teamwork, we offer a truly interdisciplinary model of care, grounded in client-centred practice and long-term impact.
You'll work alongside an experienced team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, exercise physiologists, social workers and psychologists — based at our purpose-built Ashford clinic and out in the community.

As a Senior OT, you will:
Provide complex and functional occupational therapy to clients with acquired brain injury or neurological conditions
Mentor and support clinicians, contributing to case reviews, supervision and in-house learning
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver evidence-informed, innovative therapy
Be actively involved in service development, quality improvement, or innovation projects, depending on your interests
Enjoy flexibility and autonomy over your diary, with options for in-clinic or real-world community-based work
Be supported by a friendly and efficient admin team, so you can focus on high-impact clinical and leadership work
What it looks like:
A salaried position (0.6 to 1 FTE) with leave entitlements, super, and a generous PD allowance
A gradual transition into caseload and supervision responsibilities, with support to ensure confidence and clarity in your role
