About the role
Join a regional Aboriginal community organisation to support Social Workers and Case Managers delivering essential mental health and social care services. Provide leadership, supervision, and collaborative clinical input.
* Oversee clinical practice for a team of 13
* Lead regular team and allocation meetings
* Collaborate with hospitals and visiting psychiatrists
Skills & experience
* Social Work degree and current registration
* Team leadership or clinical supervision experience
* Skilled in casework and mental health frameworks
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Cultural awareness or Aboriginal health experience welcomed
