Overview
Drive Car Hire is a Tasmanian-owned car rental business operating a fleet of standard, electric and performance cars across Tasmania. The casual Customer Experience Representative role is based at our Head Office in the Hobart city centre.
As a 7-day-a-week operation, we offer flexible scheduling. Working days and hours may change to meet the business requirements. Casual roles suit students with weekend and holiday period availability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries (in person, phone and email).
- Handle enquiries in a timely and personable, professional manner.
- Manage pre-arrival procedures efficiently.
- Provide a service that meets and exceeds customer expectations by sharing knowledge of vehicles and local insights where appropriate.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and safe work setting, and comply with safety and security standards.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Vehicle Quality teams to deliver a quality experience to every customer.
- Be prepared to support others across the business as part of a small, growing team and participate in team and company-wide meetings and events.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of ways of working to help the business stay competitive.
- Opportunities for progression to permanent part-time or full-time may be available for the right candidate.
