Our healthcare organization is seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team in the Pathway to Acute Practice Program. This comprehensive program is designed for Enrolled Nurses who wish to work in or transition back to acute practice after time away from the hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
* We will provide a comprehensive orientation and clinical rotations to enhance your skills and knowledge.
* You will receive paid supernumerary time and access to peer support to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
* You will engage with expert guidance to develop clinical competencies in acute practice, enabling you to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
* AHPRA registration is mandatory for this position.
* You must be endorsed for medication administration, including IV Therapy module.
* You should possess strong communication skills and a commitment to person-centered care.
* You should be able to work effectively in a team and independently.
* You should have flexibility to work on a rotating roster.
