About the Role
The Bushland Management Supervisor will lead the implementation of current management plans and programs for bushland, wetlands, and natural reserves in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement current management plans and programs for bushland, wetlands, and natural reserves
* Provide on-ground bush care works
* Direct involvement with city fire mitigation objectives
* Prepare operational plans for management of bushland
* Supervise a team of bushcare professionals
* Monitor and manage weed control
* Manage all threats to bushland and natural areas
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Conservation and Land Management
* High-level experience in bushland regeneration and land management
* Qualifications in pesticide handling specifically for dieback protection and mine site rehabilitation
* Current first aid certification
* National police clearance
* Possession of a current WA 'C' class driver's license
