Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of Property Revenue Administrator.
Main Responsibilities:
* Update rates files prior to levy processing, including importing new costs and compiling rates adjustments.
* Prepare and review rates reporting and reconciliations, such as sewerage connection exception reports and monthly statistics reports.
* Handle operational ownership registrations, including printing title transfers and undertaking title search checks.
* Verify pensioner concession claims.
* Assist other departments during peak workloads and pre-levy periods.

* High level of literacy, numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Effective written and oral communication skills.
* Well-developed customer service skills.
* Data entry and word processing skills.
