About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Educational Leader to join our team at Busy Bees at The Park. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality education and care for children, while working alongside a collaborative team of educators and leaders.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Guide the development, planning, and evaluation of educational programs, ensuring they meet the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
* Build strong relationships with families, children, and external agencies to enhance the learning environment.
What You'll Need
* Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards).
* Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration - ACT.
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A passion for supporting children's learning journeys.
