An exciting chance for candidates with strong experience and passion in Human Resources (HR) to join our vibrant and collaborative team as an HR Business Partner.
About the Role
ASO-6 The Human Resource (HR) Business Partner is accountable to the Lead HR Business Partner and undertakes work, under broad direction, in the management and delivery of a significant employee relations service which targets current and future organisational needs. This requires strong business partnering with business leaders and/or line managers to identify and achieve shared organisational objectives.
The HR Business Partner co‑leads the implementation of proactive workforce strategies and interventions within services across the designated Programs in order to drive continuous improvement, performance and accountability and a culture that assures the achievement of the organisational workforce goals and objectives.
ASO-7 The Principal Human Resources Business Partner is accountable to the Lead HR Business Partner and is responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with complex clinical programmes to provide proactive and strategic HR services to support the business in achieving their strategic objectives, directions and operational imperatives.
The incumbent will be part of the Senior Leadership team within their portfolio programme(s) and maintain a thorough understanding of the portfolio areas, its objectives and priorities, and its workforce; and will provide coaching, insight and strategic advice to the leadership team and line managers on workforce management, workforce planning, performance enhancement and innovative HR solutions to deliver on business objectives within legislative and policy requirements.
