About the Role

Know IT All (KIA) is a data‑driven loyalty and customer management solution for pharmacies, offering a scalable platform to capture customer insights and personalise engagement. With targeted marketing tools and actionable insights, pharmacies can connect more meaningfully with customers.

Join KIA's Technical Support team and be the trusted expert supporting our clients and pharmacies with bespoke software solutions. You'll install and maintain customised systems, troubleshoot issues, deliver training, and work closely with customers across our Data & Information Solutions business to help them get the most from our products. We provide full training and onboarding for new staff members.


Role & Responsibilities

* Install, maintain, and repair software, collaborate with stores and clients, and train KIA staff on correct installation and support processes.
* Assist clients and stores to effectively use the software and act as a key liaison between internal KIA teams and Pharmacy Platform divisions.
* Proactively action support tickets to a high standard and meet KPIs, including data outage targets.
* Consistently meet agreed service and client satisfaction KPIs.


Skills & Experience

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or related role.
* Strong background in customer support and troubleshooting.
* Clear written and verbal communication to navigate conversations with non-technical customers.
* Confident in navigating computers.
* Experience with SQL, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and remote access software is highly regarded.
* Familiarity with Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing systems.
* A diploma in Information Technology or equivalent is desirable.
