Customer Engineer Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Customer Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of desktops, servers, hardware, software, and networks.

Main Responsibilities:
* Performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution in a technical support environment.
* Installation and troubleshooting of desktops, servers, hardware, software, and networks.
* Providing O365 experience due to the environment.
* Supporting a corporate Windows and Linux environment.
* Active Directory management (users, mailbox management).
* Operating system support (Windows 10 & 7, Linux, and others).
* Office 365, Outlook, Exchange, and other critical business applications support.
* Printer installation, deployment, configuration, and disposal.
* Complex software installation and troubleshooting.
* Network troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and root cause analysis.
* Software and hardware diagnostic skills, including building and upgrading systems.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a technical support environment.
* Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network, and software installation and troubleshooting.
* O365 experience is essential.
