A reputable and professional accounting firm dedicated to providing high-quality financial services to individuals and businesses are currently looking for a motivated and friendly Receptionist to join their team and provide exceptional customer service to clients. Job Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary. Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring accurate calendar management. Manage client inquiries and provide general information regarding services offered. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries. Maintain an organized and clean reception area. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure that meeting spaces are prepared. Support the accounting team with general office duties as required. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Help with the preparation of client correspondence and other communication as needed. Manage office supplies and reorder as necessary to ensure efficient operations. Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably in an office or professional services setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism, with a focus on confidentiality and attention to detail. A positive, friendly, and proactive approach to work. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in an accounting or professional services environment is advantageous. Professional appearance and demeanor.
