**The organisation**
Our client helps people with legal matters, they provide their legal services to people who are socially and economically disadvantaged, people with a disability, children, the elderly and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.
**The role**
Reporting to the program manager, you will be focusing on leading innovative process improvement to assist with workforce management, reporting and provision of administrative support. Playing a pivotal role to the development, maintenance and delivery of processes and systems that will provide support.
**Responsibilities** 
- Develop, lead and manage the delivery of initiatives that are aimed at improving operational systems 
- Evaluate business operational processes against performance metrics 
- Lead the development of performance and service delivery targets 
- Proactively develop, lead and operate specific improvement projects.
**Skills and Experience** 
- Leadership experience managing teams within a contact centre 
- Conduct effective resource plannin to maximise productivity 
- Project management skills as well as experience using technological systems 
- Ability to influence, liaise, consult and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
