Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations of the venue
* Maintain a visible presence and engage with members and patrons
* Investigate and resolve customer or staff complaints
* Supervise all operations, including equipment, staff performance, and customer satisfaction
* Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures
* Manage plant, equipment, and utilities efficiently
* Coordinate supervisors for effective task performance
* Motivate staff and foster teamwork
* Enforce dress code and patron behavior standards
* Maintain statistical and financial records
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in Hospitality Management or Duty Management
* Current RMLV certificate and approved Managers license
* Current RSA and RSG Statements of Attainment
* Professional appearance and presentation
* Flexibility to work weekends and nights
