Due to continued growth, we’re looking to add a high-calibre Recruitment Consultant to our Financial Services team in Melbourne.
About the Role
This role is suited to either:
* An experienced recruitment consultant looking to join a high-performing, modern agency, or
* A financial services professional (superannuation, banking, wealth, broking, etc.) ready to leverage their industry knowledge into a successful recruitment career.
You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across permanent and contract roles, working closely with established clients and a strong candidate network, supported by industry-leading systems, marketing and leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing end-to-end recruitment across financial services roles
* Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Partnering with clients as a true advisor, not a transactional recruiter
* Leveraging Fuse’s advanced recruitment tech, analytics and marketing support
* Developing your desk with the backing of a collaborative, high-performance team
About You
* Previous recruitment experience or a background in financial services
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in people and outcomes
* Driven, curious and motivated to build a long-term career
* Values professionalism, collaboration and continuous improvement
