Field Sales Rep – Brisbane
We are hiring a Field SDR to represent a world‐recognisable fintech brand. The role offers a basic pay of $30/hr plus super, uncapped commissions and a 40-hour week. The position blends on‐the‐road visits with phone work, meeting business owners about payments, POS and related tech.
Responsibilities
• Conduct face‐to‐face and phone outreach to potential clients across Brisbane. • Show potential business owners how our payment solutions improve their operations. • Manage a territory and build a documented track record of sales performance. • Use coaching and training to improve selling techniques and close deals.
Qualifications
* 1–2 years of frontline experience (door‐to‐door, fundraising, retail, hospitality) or any role that required speaking to strangers.
* Confident, resilient, and coachable with a strong ability to own a room cold.
* Motivated to grow beyond just a paycheck.
* Must be based in Brisbane.
